The eco-estate "Castle in the Forest" is located in the village of Kotyankovo, 9 km from the Pushkin Mountains. Our estate is a family estate of several of our generations. A place with history.

Residence Rules
These rules are developed on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation. "On approval of the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution).
1. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT.
Operating hours - around the clock.
When checking in, the Guest provides an identity document and pays 100% payment for the entire period of stay.
The documents proving the identity of citizens necessary for the implementation of registration records (clause 5 of the Rules for the registration and deregistration of citizens at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation dated July 17, 1995 No. 713) are:
• Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
• Passport of a citizen of the USSR, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
• birth certificate - for persons under 14 years of age;
• A passport proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation.
Minors are accommodated exclusively with parents or persons replacing them (guardians, etc.).
2. BOOKING CONDITIONS.

When booking, an advance payment of 2,000 rubles or an advance payment of 2,000 rubles for the first day of stay is made, followed by payment upon arrival of the unpaid period of stay.
If the Guest, when booking with an advance payment of 2000 rubles, did not use the accommodation service, the prepayment for accommodation is non-refundable. This booking becomes non-guaranteed and is cancelled.
3. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES.
For arrivals without prior reservation:
• upon arrival from 14:00 to 23:59 - check-out is carried out at 11:30 the next day, and payment is charged per day.
• upon arrival from 00.00 to 06.00 - check-out is carried out at 11:30 of the current day. and payment is charged per day.
• upon arrival from 06:00 to 13:59 - check-out is carried out at 11:30 the next day, and payment is charged for 1.5 days.
Check-in time is 14:00.
When the Guest checks in without prior booking before the specified time, the Administrator provides accommodation to the Guest subject to availability.
Extension of the room after the first night of stay is possible for at least 1 night (if the room is available).
When extending the stay, the Guest pays 100% of the cost of the stay for the extended period.
Children under 2 years old stay free of charge.
Subject to availability, Castle in the Forest may offer additional space at an additional cost.
4. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
• In case of loss or damage to property, it will be necessary to compensate for the damage in the manner prescribed by applicable law.
• Upon check-in, accept the complete set of the room in working and undamaged condition.
• The time allotted for Visitors and Guests is from 10:00 to 20:00. A lump sum of 500 rubles is charged from the visitor after 20:00.
• Maintain cleanliness and order.
• Be quiet.
• Observe fire safety rules.
• When leaving the room, close the taps, windows, turn off the lights and other electrical appliances. At the end of the paid period of residence, vacate the room by handing it over to the maid, and hand over the key to the reception and accommodation service. In case of failure to fulfill this obligation, all risks of compensation for material damage due to loss or damage to property unconditionally fall on the Guest's account.
5. NOT ALLOWED IN "Castle in the forest".
• Leave strangers in the room in your absence.
• Give the room key to strangers.
• To live in a room with pets and birds without the consent of the Administration.
• Keep explosive, toxic materials, weapons in the room.
• Rearrange and move furniture without the consent of the administration.
• Disturb other Guests by making noise.
6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS.
The "Castle in the Forest" has the right to refuse the Guest further accommodation in case of violation of these Rules and late payment for services.
If the Guest refuses accommodation on the day of check-in, a full refund is made if the Guest approached the reception and accommodation administration within the first hour after check-in and did not use the room. If the Guest did not use the room and approached the Reception and Accommodation Administration in order to refuse the room from 1 to 2 hours after the settlement, the refund of the amount paid for the accommodation is made with a deduction of 15% of the room rate per day. If the Guest did not use the room and approached the reception and accommodation administration in order to refuse the room later than 2 hours after check-in, the payment for the first day of stay is not refunded.
In the event of the expiration of the Guest's stay in the absence of the Guest at the place of residence from 11:30 to 23:00 or from 23:00 to 11:30 (if the stay is not extended and paid on time), the administration has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property located in the room of the absent Guest, vacate the room. Material values in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents, the administration places in free storage.
The "Castle in the Forest", in accordance with Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is responsible for the safety of the Guest's belongings, with the exception of money, other currency values, securities and other precious things.
The administration is not responsible for lost items.
The guest takes note and does not object to the use of video surveillance systems in the premises and on the territory (with the exception of rooms and bathrooms).
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the rooms. In case of violation of this rule by the Guest, the administration reserves the right to demand from the Guest a fee for special cleaning of the room in the amount of 3000 rubles. by accruing this amount to the account of the Guest.
